This property is very family friendly, and its location allows you to enjoy multiple activities to enjoy your stay to the fullest, from surfing classes on the neighboring beach to a boat sunset ride or a nice walk downtown San Jose or Cabo San Lucas.

• HOA noice fee: $1,500 usd

Cancellation Policy:

Bookings canceled at least 60 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund; after that, it will result in 50% of the rental fees paid. Thirty days (30) prior to check-in will receive only the deposit. Or a full payment will be credited towards another stay within a year of the original reservation. No refunds will be given for weather or other events outside our control that prevent the guest from arriving on the agreed-upon dates.
