MEET CYNTHIA
“With more than 20 years of experience in property management…”
I am US & Mexican Citizen born in Santa Clara CA, and raised in Guadalajara, Jalisco Mexico. With a degree in International Business, I worked for international companies and then was hired by a Construction Company in Los Cabos.
As Purchasing Manager and Quality inspector, where experience in construction and maintenance was developed. Then two years later, I emerged into a joint venture with Baja Sur Property Management, and later on changed its name to Baja Sol.
I understand both cultures very well, and I am passionate about my business, ia m very detail oriented, organized and perfectly I know the area. I am also a business owner of a Boutique Hotel, therefore I also understand the hospitality and rental side. I am always available and responsive with all communications and transactions. I am on site to manage all needs.
