Established in 1999, we specialize in professional property management and rental in the Los Cabos area. Our objective has always been to provide you with the highest quality property services available in Los Cabos.
Back then, the founders came to Los Cabos for their retirement and since they had experience in construction and management skills, multiple homeowners requested them to initiate a Property Management Company to take care of their homes. Later on, a third party joined the team with the purpose of creating a strong and professional company, and their name started growing and began to gain the trust of the homeowners. Today, the company has adapted to the constant change of the market and the growth of Cabo San Lucas as one of the most important vacation destinations in the world.
We provide ourselves in integrity, professionalism, honesty and promptness in all our transactions. We believe that our professional work ethic will allow us to create a very positive relationship with our clients. MEET CYNTHIA

“With more than 20 years of experience…”

I am US & Mexican Citizen born in Santa Clara CA, and raised in Guadalajara, Jalisco Mexico. With a degree in International Business, I worked for international companies and then was hired by a Construction Company in Los Cabos, as Purchasing Manager and Quality inspector, where experience in construction and maintenance was developed. Then two years later, I emerged into a joint venture with Baja Sur Property Management, and later on changed its name to Baja Sol.
I understand both cultures very well, and I am passionate about my business, ia m very detail oriented, organized and perfectly I know the area. I am also a business owner of a Boutique Hotel, therefore I also understand the hospitality and rental  side. I am always available and responsive with all communications and transactions. I am on site to manage all needs.
